From Ingredients to Finished Products.

PAYK GROUP supplies ingredients and delivers finished product solutions for the nutraceutical industry. We manage the full supply chain, from product concept and formulation to raw material sourcing, manufacturing, packaging and delivery. NUTRADE is our supplement manufacturing division.

Our work centres on four requirements: quality, volume, price and lead time. We bring sourcing and manufacturing together to meet these requirements across the entire project.

One partner from concept to delivery

We work with brand owners, manufacturers and contract manufacturers, supplying individual ingredients, bulk products and complete private label solutions.

We understand the practical challenges behind a product launch: high minimum order quantities, sourcing costs, inflexible production arrangements, complex deliveries and insufficient support during product development.

For finished product projects, we start with your brief: formulation requirements, product format, order volume, target cost and delivery schedule. We then establish the sourcing and manufacturing route, aligning ingredient specifications and availability with production, packaging and logistics.

PAYK manages the interfaces between these stages. You have one partner overseeing the project, with sourcing and production decisions made against the same technical and commercial requirements.

Direct supplier relationships and fewer handovers support shorter decision-making cycles and greater flexibility. Changes to ingredients, volumes or schedules can be addressed across the project, with their implications for cost, production and delivery considered together.

Our background

PAYK GROUP brings together the pharmaceutical industry experience, international raw material trading and manufacturing background of its founder and Managing Director, Christoph Payk.

This experience predates the group’s customer offering launched in 2024. It developed through international technical projects and the establishment of manufacturing operations and supply chains for his own product businesses.

Pharmaceutical industry and international sourcing

Before 2020, Christoph Payk worked internationally in pharmaceutical freeze-drying, advising customers on equipment selection and commissioning systems on site. His assignments included projects in the United States, China and the Middle East, with work involving freeze-drying equipment and automated loading and unloading systems.

His wider activities encompassed high-value ingredients, extracts and international raw material trading. This combination of technical and commercial work established relationships with manufacturers, ingredient suppliers and technical specialists across international markets.

It also provided the foundation for connecting ingredient sourcing with processing requirements and manufacturing.

2020: Building an integrated manufacturing and supply operation

In 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdowns, Christoph Payk drew on this established network to develop his own supplement businesses. Manufacturing and the complete supply chain formed part of the business from the outset.

Together with his business partner, he established a production facility in northern Germany and built the international supply chain behind it. Ingredient procurement, product development, manufacturing, packaging and finished product supply were developed as an integrated operation.

This included sourcing on the ground in international markets, including Thailand, and establishing direct supplier relationships. Raw material trading continued alongside the development of the manufacturing business.

The operation supported several successful direct-to-consumer supplement brands, which were subsequently sold. Behind those brands was a supply chain built and operated from ingredient sourcing through to finished product sales.

2024: Bringing these capabilities to customers

Since 2024, PAYK GROUP and NUTRADE have made this combined sourcing, development and manufacturing expertise available to external customers.

PAYK GROUP manages ingredient supply and complete product projects. NUTRADE has its own production in Germany, with Made in Germany manufacturing available for customer projects. Depending on project requirements, customers can access manufacturing in Germany or international sourcing and manufacturing solutions.

We also supply ingredients and bulk products to other manufacturers and contract manufacturers, supporting customers at different stages of the value chain.
